Homemade black bean burger on a chickpea bun, with lettuce, tomato and Chipotle mayo. Served with red cabbage slaw.

Seitan Mushroom Burger

Homemade mushroom and seitan burger topped with herb mayo, organic mixed greens, tomatoes and onions. Served with red cabbage slaw.

Foccacia Pizza

Grilled foccacia topped with marinara, cheese and choice of three toppings

Quesadilla

Grilled wheat tortilla with white cheddar cheese and three toppings.

Seitan may be substituted for tofu at a small additonal cost.

Nori Encrusted Tofu

Served with a soba noodle cake, grilled Asparagus and a wasabi aioli.

Moroccan Seitan Napoleon

Layers of Moroccan spiced seitan, eggplant, zucchini and portabella, drizzled with a sweet soy sauce, and topped with pesto.

Stir-Frys

Build your own unique stir fry, tossed with organic veggies. Choose your protein, homemade sauce, and rice or noodles.
